Custom-made architrave samples will be manufactured to your specifications. Customise your desired height, depth, and finish. This will be made to order in your Birmingham warehouse.

Profile Design Specifications and Limitations

We have thousands of possible product combinations to choose from here at Skirting UK, giving you so much freedom when picking the best product for you. However, there are some dimensions that can not be achieved due to the profile shape. Below is a summary of what options and limitations you have when choosing your dimensions.

Profiles which can be made at 15mm are:

Bullnose, Bullnose Contemporary, Bullnose Grooved, Bullnose Grooved 2, Bullnose Wide Groove, Burford, Burford 2, Chamfer, Edge 5mm, Edge 5mm Grooved, Edge 5mm Grooved 2, Edge 5mm Wide Groove, Edge 5mm V Grooved, Edge 5mm V Grooved 2, Edge 10, Edge 10mm Grooved, Edge 10mm Grooved 2, Edge 10mm Wide Groove, Edge 10mm V Groove, Edge 10mm V Grooved 2, Grooves Apart, Mini Bullnose, Mini Bullnose Grooved, Mini Bullnose Grooved 2, Mini Bullnose Wide Groove, Mini Bullnose V Groove, Mini Bullnose V Grooved 2, Rebated, Rebate Grooved, Rebate Grooved 2, Rebate Wide Groove, Rebate V Groove, Rebate V Groove 2, Regency, Rounded, Square Edge, Square Grooved, Square Grooved 2, Square Wide Groove, Square V Groove, Square V Groove 2.

Profiles which can NOT be made on 70mm are:

Herculean, London, Profile 4, Tudor 4, Tulip 2, Victorian 2, Victorian 3, Windsor.

Profiles which can NOT be made on 18mm:

Herculean.

Paint Finishes

Our paints are applied by our in-house spray technician, using a spray gun for the optimum coverage and finish. We exclusively use high-quality oil-based paint solutions. The colour used is a British Standard BS4800 00E55 White.

Unprimed: Please be advised that this will be the raw MDF board. Please note, that before applying any finish coat, a primer coat is required.
Primer: Two coats of white primer are applied.
Eggshell (15%): Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of eggshell leaving a sleek matte finish.
Satin (40%): Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of satin leaving a sleek smooth shimmer finish
Gloss (70%): Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of gloss leaving a quality soft shine finish.
