Order a square door frame from Skirting UK, made from premium quality, industrial grade, moisture resistant MDF. Everything we manufacture in our Birmingham warehouse is made to order, meaning you have flexibility when placing your order. Choose your door frame dimensions, as well as the size of your door stops!

At Skirting UK, you can choose from a variety of finish options, all of our paints are applied through a spray gun by our spray specialist. Choose from unprimed, primed, eggshell, satin, or gloss.

We provide a variety of delivery options. Whether you are in a rush, only available in the mornings, or would prefer to collect, there are delivery options suited to all projects.
Standard, fast track, before noon, and of course, you can opt to collect your order from our Birmingham warehouse!

Door Frame Dimensions Explained:

All of Skirting UK’s products are made to order, and as a result of that, you have freedom when choosing dimensions for your door frames. We have your standard set sizes which you will see on our drop downs, however, if you need to make changes to the width, please contact us to see if we can accommodate these changes. With both depth and sets, we are unable to customise these.

Width:
For door frames, at Skirting UK you have the option of 4 different pre-set options. 95mm, 120mm, 145mm & 170mm.
The required height is the width of your wall, where the door will be fitted, plaster to plaster.

Depth: 
Choose from 18mm or 25mm.
This is the thickness of the boards.

Door Sets:
Single Door Set: 2 x 2440mm lengths & 1 x 1220mm Length, to surround a single-width door frame.
Double Door Set: 3 x 2440mm lengths to surround a double-width door frame.

Door Stops:
There are 3 doorstop thicknesses. These are the lengths placed within the door frame, to stop the door from swinging all the way through.
