Profile 4 skirting board is one of the many perfect profiles for a period-style home. The profile shape is 59mm in height. Please note this shape does not change and will remain the same height on all Skirting UK height options. Please note this product was previously named ‘Profile IV Skirting Board’.

Skirting Dimensions and Specifications

The detailed shape section on Profile 4 is 59mm in height. This shape will remain the same on all products and dimensions chosen for Profile 4.

HEIGHT: Starting at 85mm and all the way up to 350mm. If you require a height in between sizes, we can manufacture this to your request. Simply choose the higher option of the two, and leave a note at checkout to cut down to your desired size. For example, if you would like 160mm tall skirting, order 175mm and leave a note at checkout to cut down to 160mm. Any questions, you can email enquiries@skirtinguk.com

DEPTH: Available in 18mm and 25mm depths.

LENGTH: Available in 3050mm and 4200mm lengths.

Paint Finish Options:

UNPRIMED: Raw MDF board only. Please note you will need a primer coat before any finish coat is applied.
PRIMED: Two coats of primer are applied.
EGGSHELL: Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of eggshell leaving a sleek matte finish. (15%)
SATIN: Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of satin leaving a sleek smooth shimmer finish. (40%)
GLOSS: Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of gloss leaving a quality soft shine finish. (70%)

Hide Pipes & Cables with a Rebate:

We will machine cut out a section from the back of your skirting board to house any unsightly cables or pipes.
CABLE: 18mm depth = 12mm x 40mm OR 25mm depth = 19mm x 40mm
PIPE: 18mm depth – 12mm x 60mm OR 25mm depth = 19mm x 60mm

Profile 4 Skirting Board Samples

Our MDF skirting board samples are available in one standard size 120mm x 18mm x 95mm and are posted out to you within 1 – 2 working days via Royal Mail. Order a Profile 4 skirting sample online to see if it will work in your home. Just pay the delivery fees.

Custom Made Samples:

Prefer to have your sample cut to the sizes you prefer? You can purchase a custom-made sample! Bespoke samples are a great way to find out if a particular skirting height, thickness or finish will work in your home, before placing a full order with us. These are charged at £7.50 + VAT per sample as these will be specially manufactured for you.
