Product Specifications:

Profile:
5mm chamfer along the top edge with a 10mm wide x 3mm deep groove.

Material:
Premium Moisture Resistant MDF with high-quality spray-paint finishes.

Sizes:

• Height: 70mm–350mm (custom heights available — select the next size up and leave a note for trimming).

• Depth: 15mm, 18mm or 25mm.

• Length: 3050mm or 4200mm. (15mm can only be made on 3050mm)

Finishes:

• Unprimed: Raw MDF (requires priming).

• Primed: Two coats of primer.

• Eggshell: Primer + eggshell topcoat (matte 15%).

• Satin: Primer + satin topcoat (soft sheen 40%).

• Gloss: Primer + gloss topcoat (high sheen 70%).

Hide Pipes & Cables with a Rebate

We can machine-cut a rebate on the back of your skirting to conceal cables or small pipes:

Cable rebates:

• 18mm thick = 12mm x 40mm

• 25mm thick = 19mm x 40mm

Pipe rebates:

• 18mm thick = 12mm x 60mm

• 25mm thick = 19mm x 60mm

Note: If you choose a height under 120mm, a full rebate may not be possible. We will contact you with options if needed.

We offer free standard samples sized 120mm x 18mm x 95mm, dispatched within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail.
Your first two samples are free; additional samples incur a small postage cost.

Custom-made samples are also available for £7.50 (ex VAT) — ideal if you want to check a specific skirting or architrave height, depth or paint finish before ordering.
