The Burford skirting board is one of the many perfect profiles for a contemporary or modern home. The straight linear lines creating a V shape groove and smooth curved edges make this design perfect for any room with modern decor. Burford Contemporary Skirting is becoming increasingly popular for new builds and renovation projects around the UK. Please note this shape does not change and will remain the same height on all Skirting UK height options.

DIMENSIONS
HEIGHT	Burford skirting boards are available in 12 different standard heights ranging from 70mm – 400mm. Please note if you require a different height we can custom make your recommendations.
DEPTH	Available in 15mm 18mm and 25mm depths.
LENGTH	Available in 3050mm and 4200mm lengths.
FINISHES
UNPRIMED	Raw MDF board only. Please note you will need a primer coat before any finish coat is applied.
PRIMED	Two coats of primer are applied.
GLOSS	Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of gloss leaving a quality shiny finish.
EGGSHELL	Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of eggshell leaving a sleek matte finish.
SATIN	Two coats of primer are applied and then one coat of satin leaving a sleek smooth shimmer finish.
REBATED We will machine cut a section from the back of your skirting board to house any unsightly cables or pipes. Please note if you require a bigger rebate we can custom make to your recommendations.
CABLE	18mm depth = 12mm x 40mm OR 25mm depth = 19mm x 40mm
PIPE	18mm depth = 12mm x 60mm OR 25mm depth = 19mm x 60mm
